The Government will implement the necessary regulatory reforms so as to make it possible for interested parties to create a company in 24 hours. At present, this takes between 14 to 19 days.

Entrepreneurs, as they will have the chance to implement their projects faster. Society as a whole will benefit from the economic activity and from the employment created by these new companies.

Development

The Government has created a work team which is in charge of presenting the Government’s Delegate Commission on Financial Affairs with a proposal by March 2009. Besides, different agreements have been subscribed with agencies and with other private entities in order to boost up the company creation procedures.
