The norms concerning sector regulatory organisms in the area of network industries (telecommunications, energy, transport, postal services) will be revised in order to improve their independence and their governance and in order to establish their functions.

Society in general and, in particular, companies and customers demanding the regulating activities, for they will benefit from an improvement in the regulations of the sectors concerned.

Development

The Government’s Delegate Commission for Financial Affairs will be presented with a reform proposal in 2009, during the first few months.
